Note: If you are a fire related act you must have your own insurance as our insurance will not cover fire.
We are a volunteer run community organisation, please consider your fee carefully. For example, if you are a big name and you know you will draw a crowd then ask for what you think you would get if you did a show in Bellingen yourself. If you are an emerging artist we could arrange to pay you in tickets which you can sell yourself. If you are somewhere in between we can probably pay costs associated with transport and a small fee. Food is provided on the day and we will do our best to provide Accommodation. It is hoped you understand our ideals and that many people in the community are contributing their time and effort for nothing to make this show awesome.
This talent quest is free to enter. They will be held during Feb/Mar 2012. Act fast as there will be a limit to the number of entries.

There will be prize money and to the value of $500 for each event. Split into prize values 1st prize $300, 2nd prize $150, 3rd prize $50. The winner will be offered a spot at the next Local M.A.D.E. festival to be held at the Bellingen Showground, April 14th called High On Life!
Hi potential volunteers!!
Local M.A.D.E. are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with their event at Bellingen Showgrounds on Saturday April 14, 2012.
Local M.A.D.E. is an Incorporated not-for-profit association which aims to provide performance and training opportunities for musicians, artists and crew.
Without volunteers these sort of events would be not be possible, and we would be delighted if you were able to lend a hand to make this event a success.
The following volunteer options are available: We have 2 shift options – a 3 hour and a 6 hour shift.
In return for your 3 hour shift we will provide you with a LocalMade T-shirt water during the day plus your Adult pass.
If you do a 6 hour shift [with a meal break in between] we will provide you with: a LocalMade T-shirt, a meal and waters during the day, plus your Family pass [2 Adults, 2 children].
We have all sorts of positions available – not all hard work but we invite you to be a part of this festival and help promote local music and talent.
Please get back in touch asap if you’re interested and I can provide other details about volunteering roles.
