High on Life!
This year’s festival called High on Life will explode onto the Bellingen showgrounds, 14th of April 2012 from 11am – 11pm. The crew is currently working on producing an event that expresses our rich community’s creativity and aims to have everyone “high on life”. The most promising home-grown bands, dancers and performers will be showcased accompanied by awesome artworks that will focus on co-creation and upcycling. There will be plenty of opportunities for festival guests to get involved and take part in creating the high on the day. Bring a High on Life flyer or show up in a fancy dress costume that expresses your interpretation of the theme and receive a ticket at the door to be in the draw for a (sur)prize. To tickle your fancies further there will be a great selection of local markets, food and alcohol free drinks.

If you are interested in event production Local M.A.D.E also offers a variety of opportunities to volunteer and gain experience as well as a number of workshops in production, music, dance and art held by prominent names in the business.
